Delta recently consolidated and merged 3 separate divisions into a new area called Reservations, Sales and Customer Care (RSCC). BCU was tasked with creating/implementing a cohesive, unified brand strategy. As a result, BCU designed a new logo & color palette and completed creation/delivery of “RSCC specific” printed & online collateral/training materials, promotional items, signage & website design.
